the room was so spacious and very clean i liked it very much. the natural surrounding was amazing also, it offered an excellent view. everything worked well, its price was reasonable, above expectations.
the air-conditioning in the dinning area wasnt great, i feel. i asked for the maintenance team to check, they did not come as scheduled. there was many foreign staffs with little knowledge in hotel management. its difficult for them to handle customers, i must say.

The resort location is fine with nature all around. The infinity pool was a highlight. Spa treatments were relaxing and professionally done. The food was delicious, including many local and international dishes.
The hotel buildings are not attractive. Everything is tired and run down. There is not much evidence of any refurbishment yet.

The front desk staff member was friendly. They were attentive and genuinely committed to making my stay comfortable. The staff displayed excellent hospitality, and they were friendly and helpful at all times.

The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. It was also well-kept with all the modern amenities. Housekeeping staff did a great job of keeping everything clean and tidy throughout my stay.

the suite was very spacious it had a well equipped kitchen with a modern coffee maker and a coway water dispenser i found complimentary toiletries bags with high quality products i made good use of the warm jacuzzi and the normal temperature pools i appreciated the polite and helpful staff especially at reception
i noticed limited indoor parking i found myself searching for a free space that wasn't marked as reserved it took some time.

the breakfast included diverse items i found the food fresh and flavorful during our meals we sampled the local cuisine i appreciated the restaurant's attention to detail in presenting each dish.

the swimming pool area offers several options including a jacuzzi the gym is equipped with modern machines i observed that the hotel provided a safe and secure environment i saw families enjoying their time together around the hotel.
